A glass facade
always looks modern and beautiful. Such buildings do not look so bulky and do
not require complex maintenance. It is not necessary to paint or repair the
glass, just enough to wash it. The glass walls of the building allow a large
amount of light into the interior, which saves electricity. At the same time,
thanks to the tinted windows, there is an opportunity to ensure privacy inside
the building.

The glass facade of a residential building should be insulated |
There are a large
number of different designs of glass facades. According to their ability to
keep the temperature inside the building, they are divided into warm and cold
types of glazing.
Cold glazing is
not able to provide a high level of protection against ambient temperature. They
may have a small amount of insulation in profiles or consist of only one glass
unit. However, such a facade is able to provide the difference between the
external and internal temperatures up to 36 degrees, which is quite enough for
commercial buildings. In any case, the structure will protect the building from
wind and rain. It also allows creating beautiful facades of a wide variety of
shapes.

The Glass Facade of Commercial Building |
The facades with
warm glazing are characterized by the presence of several double-glazed windows
and at least 2 sealing contours. Therefore, it is more massive and wider than
cold by 2-3 times and has a stronger glass. Profile width can be even more than
a meter. Such a facade will provide warmth in the winter and coolness in the
summer. To protect against sunlight, you can also use special tinted glass. A
warm glass facade is a good solution for residential buildings.
